Excellent service! Friendly staff. Well managed and not like a cattle market - bonus! Food was great, no long wait for the order either. There’s only a few tables downstairs but the upstairs was big enough to have had a party in. Toilets were immaculate and fresh - unlike any other fast food establishments. All credit to the staff! I’ve no idea why people go to McD’s over this place. Glad to report I didn’t ask for a 6ft sub this time!
There is a lovely young girl who makes the place a lot more tolerable. She is very smiley, cheery and has exceptional customer service (cathy i think). It's a pity she is working somewhere where the rest of the team don't seem to care.
I would like to know what numpty decided to put the drinks fridge right at the till. When they are trying to fill it customers can't pay, both customers and staff clearly get frustrated, It obviously wasn't thought out very well.
The place is dirty, and looks a little neglected if I'm honest.
My food was OK, a tad disappointed, I'm actually not sure what I was expecting. Maybe I'll try something different next time (in a different subway as well)
This is the worst subway in belfast i have ordered in store online on uber eats and everytime they mess with the order and give me the wrong one. The staff needs to be seriously replaced because they are just stupid.
Really bad customer service. The Chinese girl was rude and unfriendly. Wanted to make two order of sandwiches but after she took my first order she just went off and on her way as if she was busy but she’s not while avoiding eye contact. Do note that I was trying hard to make eye contact and get her attention. Secondly, once my sandwiched was done, she just packed it in the bag and left it on the service counter without saying thanks or anything and went on her way as she was probably “too busy” to entertain me. Overall, she was one of the rudest worker I’ve met in Belfast as the customer service was really bad. Hopefully the manager takes action.
Nice place, clean premises and good food as you would expecte fro Subway. Counter service was poor except for the guy at the till.
I ordered the food from here and the ambience was so good. The only thing is the service and they are very bad at that.
Was standing in line an some small asian soyboy shoved me out the way and said "WATCH OUT THE WAY MATE" previously i asked about the pricing on the wall and he legit argued with me and said "Nah nah mate those are just the prices up to"
also the chinese girl doesnt even know that nachos have salsa and didnt bother cutting my sub. so so mid
I went in last Saturday for my first subway in ages after finding out I'm likely coeliac. The counter staff (blonde woman) was so fantastic! She made my friends sandwich first because I had requested a gluten-free sandwich. Then once my friends sandwich had been made, she took off her gloves and put on fresh new ones and then she wiped down all of the surfaces that my sandwich would be touching. She offered me an allergen booklet so I could know which sauces were gluten-free. Overall, one of the best experiences I've had with staff being aware of proper procedures and being able to give me an allergen booklet straight off the bat.
Would give a zero if I could. Staff closed toilet and tea machine 40 mins before closing. Their attitude was Tough Luck, youre just one customer. Was feeling unwell so asked if could sit down then was told couldnt sit as food was takeaway only. Took them 15 mins to serve a family of 4 in front of me. Never goin back.
Ordered lunch with a colleague, apart from it being lunch time and the staff were very slow. I would plan additional time if out on lunch break as simply no time to enjoy your food once served.
